Jennifer Neal is a proud Hampton University alum who spent more than two decades as a Diversity and Talent Attraction leader for a global professional services firm. She built trusted partnerships and national programs connecting high-potential students — particularly those from HBCUs — to career opportunities aligned with their talent and ambition. Her work didn't just fill pipelines — it changed trajectories, as she mentored students who became professionals, partners, and leaders.

When it came time to begin her next chapter, Jennifer wanted to make an even greater impact. She set out to build an organization that would do more than prepare students for careers — it would advocate for their potential, open doors, and help them build meaningful futures. She chose to bring that vision to the community that invested in her, creating an organization where the ultimate goal isn't just winning the game — it's winning in life.

Athlete Career Advancement (ACA) operates like an Athlete Career Agency — representing HBCU student-athletes in pursuit of meaningful careers with the same intentionality, advocacy, and relationship-driven approach that traditional sports agencies bring to professional athletics.
